RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Important:
This Returns and Cancellation Policy applies exclusively to products purchased through our online store. It does not apply to the purchase, cancellation, or modification of tickets and reservations for our boat services, which are governed by their own terms and conditions of purchase and cancellation.
Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with current consumer protection regulations, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to state a reason.
To exercise this right, you must communicate your decision within the indicated period by emailing info@barcovarianteespiritual.com, indicating the order number and the information necessary to identify the purchase.
Product Return:
Once the cancellation has been communicated, the customer must return the product within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
The product must be returned properly packaged and with all components included in the order.
The customer will only be responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
The direct costs arising from the return of the product will be borne by the customer.

Collect shipments will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Refund:
Once the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised, all payments received will be refunded, including delivery costs for the least expensive standard shipping option offered.
If the customer selected a more expensive delivery option than the standard option offered, the additional costs resulting from that choice will not be refunded.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until the customer provides proof of return, whichever occurs first.
Defective Products or Order Errors:
The right of withdrawal is independent of the consumer’s rights when the product received is defective, does not conform to the order, has been damaged during transport, or does not correspond to the product ordered.
